General Terms and Conditions of Services - VR Media International AB

1. Formation of an agreement: The parties enter into an agreement for a Service when the Customer has placed an order in writing or orally with VR Media International AB. The agreement is binding upon order, unless otherwise agreed. Order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer/Client when ordering.

2. Photography and Delivery: After the photo shoot is completed, After the photography session, VR Media International AB sends a virtual tour to the Client. The Client has a deadline of 72 hours from the receipt of the tour to provide any proposed changes. In the absence of a request for changes within the specified timeframe, the Client is deemed to have approved the tour for publication on Google. The Client is aware of and accepts that full payment for the provided service, as per the agreed scope, will be invoiced in accordance with the applicable agreement and pricing.

3. Satisfaction guarantee: The customer’s 100% satisfaction guarantee guarantees the right to corrections and adjustments after publication, to a reasonable extent in case of dissatisfaction. The customer’s right to corrections and adaptations after publication applies to a reasonable extent. Any comments must be submitted within five (5) business days to be considered approved. If no objections have been raised within the specified time frame, the virtual tour is considered approved.

4. Pricing:

According to our pricing terms for photography, the fee is based on the number of panoramas as follows: 1. 3900 SEK for 1-3 images. 2. 6900 SEK for 4-6 pictures. 3. SEK 14900 for businesses that require seven or more images.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. By using our services, the parties agree to and undertake these legally binding pricing terms.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: 5.1 Swedish law applies regardless of applicable conflict of law rules. 5.2 Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of the Agreement shall be settled by a Swedish general court, of which the Malmö District Court is the court of first instance. By mutual agreement, the dispute may be settled by arbitration or expedited arbitration.

By accepting and accepting VR Media’s services, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these legally binding General Terms and Conditions of Service
